Service Feedback - Thank You!

As a result of the flooding in June, we lost both of our furnaces and water heaters. Kyle met with us on June 27 and we had 2 water heaters that same afternoon. This meant that we could move back home the next day!

Our furnaces were delivered the following week and we are VERY pleased with them. We chose Carrier's Infinity 98 Furnace after we reviewed the various products available. There was no hard sale of any particular model, just a factual explanation of what each furnace provided. Although the Infinity appeared to cost a little more, we felt it was the best option for us. Once we considered the importance of heating systems in our daily lives, it didn't make sense to save money here.

The Infinity delivers what they promise. We immediately noticed an increase in heating efficiency throughout the house, and a decrease in the noise level.

Kyle, thank you and your technicians for your help during this stressful time. I'm sure that you and your team were also under stress, so this makes it even more impressive on how well we were treated.
